    Yes, we collaborate with all disciplines of design, including architects, to create complete and cohesive construction-ready plan sets. Our extensive pool of designer colleagues is something we can offer at the earliest of the planning phase.

  • How does energy efficiency factor into design?

    Working with Energy Advisors from the start, allows you to consider multiple home features to understand both their construction and operational costs, while ensuring seamless integration into your home for immediate and long term savings.

  • What’s included in project development services?

    We aim to be your guide through the gauntlet that can be project development. We cover everything from, zoning and bylaw reviews, floor plans and permits to budget planning and contractor coordination.

  • How long does the design process take?

    Timelines vary by project size, complexity, and client goals. Appropriate timelines can range from a few weeks to multiple months depending on a number of variables.

  • Do you only provide design for new homes, or also for renovations?

    We handle both. Renovations and additions often need detailed design to ensure seamless integration with existing structures and systems, as well as achieve building permit approval.
