    Net Zero Certified homes have been designed, constructed, and verified through testing to meet the stringent requirements of CHBA's Net Zero Program. These homes produce as much clean energy as they consume on an annual basis.

  • How much can I save on energy costs?

    Savings vary by home, occupant and systems, but high-performance homes significantly reduce operational heating and cooling expenses or, in some cases, eliminate them all together.

  • Can you upgrade my existing home to be more energy-efficient?

    Yes. We offer high-performance retrofits and sustainable upgrades for older homes.

  • Do energy-efficient homes require special maintenance?

    Maintenance is standard for any home, and high performance homes share many of the same recommended maintenance routines as code built homes. There may be maintenance routines prescribed for specific systems found in a high-performance home.
