Northern Homecraft was born of a desire to build better - build a better construction company to build better homes. NHc was founded in 2011 with the desire to push the boundaries and standards of craftsmanship in the residential construction industry. Though we started working out of a pickup truck, we quickly became a licensed and registered builder with BC Housing able to offer a full 2/5/10 year warranty on new home construction services.


It wasn’t long before our innate desire to improve our craft lead us to the world of building science. It became apparent to us quickly that the same curiosity and diligence we’d applied to the study of our trade, would enable us to become leaders of innovation in home design and development also.


Just as we understand how to shape and fasten materials to create a house, so too do we understand the variables that act on a home while it serves and protects the family that lives within. Today we live by our core belief; building a home is so much more than just construction.
